Delivery

We will endeavour to do our best to send your balloon lights on the same day that we receive the order. We guarantee dispatch within 2-3 working days. We send all our lights via Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on the weight of the package. We send our goods using a 'signed for' delivery and will deliver to anywhere in the world. All quoted delivery costs are for the total order so it does not matter how many you order, you will only pay the quoted amount.

UK Delivery costs

• Recorded Delivery 1-3 working days - UK - £2.50
• Recorded Delivery 3-7 working days - International - £8.00

UK includes the following countries;

• Scotland
• Wales
• Northern Ireland

If you do not receive your delivery within the expected delivery lead time quoted above, please contact your local sorting office as Royal Mail sometimes fail to leave a card to let you know that they tried to deliver. We will provide you with a delivery reference to enable our customers to view the current status.
